TEAM STORE DISCLAIMER:

* Team stores are opened and closed at the discretion of the organization. 
* Once the team store is closed, orders are processed as a team and not individually. 

* Orders are typically delivered 3-4 weeks after the close of the team store.

* Due to the custom nature of these products, items can not be returned or exchanged.  

Please review all personalization carefully such as size, spelling of names and number info. Items can be replaced at customers expense.

* In the event an item becomes unavailable due to inventory/or minimums we will issue a full refund to your credit card

* When your order status changes, you will be alerted via the email you provide during check out.

* Depending on your selection, orders will be delivered via USPS or you will recieve a notification that your order is available for pick up in the store.
